Terms and Conditions of the promotional campaign
denominated "Avon Cashback Promotion"
(hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”)
This offer is made by: Goodyear Tyres UK Ltd, GDHQ 2920 Trident Court, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham B37 7YN United Kingdom (hereinafter referred as the “Sponsor”). All references to “Avon Tyres”, “Avon”, “us”, “we” and “our” herein shall be to Goodyear Tyres UK Ltd, its affiliates, agents, and representatives as is appropriate in the circumstances of such reference. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below:
This promotion is only available to consumers resident in the United Kingdom, aged 18 and over, who purchase a qualifying pair (1 front and 1 rear) of new Avon motorcycle tyres (3D Supersport, Spirit ST, Cobra Chrome Trailrider or Trekrider) from an approved Avon dealer in the United Kingdom between 00:00:01am on 1st Jun 2023 and 11:59:59pm on 31st July 2023. Qualifying purchases can be made in person in a store or online from such approved Avon dealers. The full list of approved Avon dealers for this promotion is available: www.avontyres.com.
By entering this promotion, the consumer (“you” and “your”) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related material.
Qualifying consumers who properly complete an online cashback claim form on or before 31st August 2023 will receive a GBP £30 (thirty pounds) cashback reward in the form of either a virtual or physical Prepaid Mastercard® depending on the choice made on the online cashback claim form.
It is your responsibility to properly complete the online cashback claim form at www.avontyresreward.co.uk to initiate the collection of their cashback reward. Online claim forms for qualifying purchases must be completed and submitted by 31st August 2023 11:59:59pm at the latest. Claim forms submitted after that date will not be valid.
Proof of a qualifying purchase from an approved Avon Dealer in the UK, in the form of valid UK VAT invoice or receipt, must be uploaded with the online claim form. Incomplete claim forms, claim forms submitted without proof of a qualifying purchase, claim forms submitted with an invalid or falsified proof of purchase and claim forms which otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Online order confirmations and invoices without an accompanying remittance note will not be accepted as proof of purchase. The validity of a claim form, including its uploaded purchase receipt(s), remains within the sole judgment of the Sponsor.
The virtual or physical Mastercard® Prepaid Card will be sent to the qualifying consumer as soon as possible after the validation of their claim. It is anticipated that this will occur within 5-7 working days of claim validation in most instances, although additional time may be required. Your reward will be delivered via email with instructions for claiming your Mastercard® Prepaid Card. Whatever the type of card chosen you must claim your card within 3 (three) calendar months of the date that these instructions are sent via email. The link to access your reward expires after that time. However, if a valid email address is not provided, a physical Mastercard® Prepaid Card will be sent to your mailing address held on file. Once redeemed, your card will be valid for 6 months. Rewards claimed can be used at any retailer location that accepts Mastercard® debit cards. Please note that Prepaid Cards are subject to expiration, so pay close attention to the expiration date of the Card.
This offer is limited to only one qualifying claim per household.
This offer cannot be combined with any other Avon Tyres promotions, coupons or manufacturer-sponsored discounts on the tyres covered by this promotion (3D Supersport, Cobra Chrome, Spirit ST, Trailrider or Trekrider).
There are no cash alternatives to the rewards cards made available to consumers through this promotion.
This offer is open to consumers only. Businesses, organisations and institutions purchasing Avon motorcycle tyres are excluded from this offer.
This offer is not available to employees of Goodyear Tyres.
Consumers have the right to raise complaints concerning the Campaign.
Consumers are obliged to submit any complaints directly to the Sponsor in writing by registered mail or by courier or by e-mail correspondence within 30 days from the end date of the campaign. Any complaints received by the Sponsor after the above-mentioned period will not be considered by the Sponsor. Complaints made by registered mail or by courier shall be sent to the following address of the Sponsor: Goodyear Tyres UK Ltd - Motorcycle Marketing Department- 2920 Trident Court, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham B37 7YN United Kingdom. Complaints made by e-mail correspondence shall be sent to the following e-mail address of the Sponsor: tyre_doctor@dunloptyres.com
Decision on the acceptance or rejection of the complaint belongs to the Sponsor who will inform in writing the consumer submitting the complaint, within 30 days from its receipt, about his final decision.
Events may occur that render the reward impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Goodyear Tyres and, accordingly, Goodyear Tyres may at its absolute discretion amend or vary the terms of this promotion, including but not limited to an instance where any aspect of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of Goodyear Tyres which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Goodyear Tyres may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected claims for rewards.
Any personal data that you supply to Goodyear Tyres or authorize Goodyear Tyres to obtain from a third party, for example, a participating dealer, will be considered by Goodyear Tyres to be confidential and will only be used by Goodyear Tyres to administer the promotion, including the sharing of personal data with 360insights, our third-party rewards fulfilment organization. In order to process, record and/or use your personal data Goodyear Tyres may disclose it to (i) any person to whom Goodyear Tyres proposes to transfer any of its rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement Goodyear Tyres may have with you; (ii) any person to whom Goodyear Tyres proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (iii) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of Goodyear Tyres in any country; and (iv) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data Goodyear Tyres will transfer such information outside the UK, in which event Goodyear Tyres is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer. By completing an online claim form in relation to this promotion, you agree to be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions, including but not limited to, granting consent to the referenced sharing of data with 360insights for claim fulfilment purposes.
